Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Whole Mars Sponsorship Portal (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Sponsorship Bookings

By booking a sponsorship, you agree to provide accurate information and make full payment at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. Fulfillment Policy

Booking Process: Sponsors can book time slots for podcasts and blog posts directly through the Site. Payment is required upfront to secure the desired time slot.

Fulfillment of Sponsored Slots:

• Podcast Sponsorships: Your sponsorship message will be read during the podcast episode scheduled for the week you selected.
• Blog Sponsorships: Your sponsorship banner or message will appear in the blog post(s) published during the selected time period.

Timeline and Delivery: Sponsorship slots are fulfilled as per the schedule selected during booking. Any changes to the delivery schedule will be communicated promptly.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if we are unable to deliver your sponsorship as promised. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 90 days before the scheduled time.

Sponsor Responsibilities: Sponsors are responsible for providing their sponsorship message or materials by the deadlines communicated at the time of booking.

6. Payment

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of Whole Mars Catalog or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whole Mars Catalog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
